I would really appreciate all your thoughts on the pardonfare option or what can be done to overcome this issue that is throwing sand in the gears of MAGA.

let's try and keep "nuclear options" like Habeas Corpus suspension and martial law off the table for now. I really want to hear realistic options and solutions so MAGA can stay on track.

have a great day Freepers!

That's a good point. For example, if someone violates a rogue judge's "order" to stop deportations, if that person is charged then Trump can pardon him. And perhaps Trump can issue a Biden-like pardon for all past and future crimes.

I like fighting fire with fire. But to be honest, the more we do it, the more Dims will do it even more when they are in power. At that point we will be completely a banana republic.

The ACLU is behind a lot of these lawsuits. My guess is, they’re working directly with the DNC

All because democrats lost an election

My mind went a different way. Pardon the judge for that specific offense, explain clearly the reason for the pardon and the public record is established.

The court of public opinion is still the best and it is a lot of fun.

Public shaming used to be the norm and more powerful for those who only will be satisfied by arrest and jail.

I’m referring to EVERY case that these judges has ever ruled on. that’s right. pardon EVERY non-violent sentence that Boasberg has banged his gavel down on. every single one.

yes, they may be very guilty of their crime and deserving of a punishment and perhaps many have already served their punishments, BUT i firmly believe that no human being should have to be humiliated by the likes of these wicked evil judges who are not fit to dispense “justice”

It’s a neutering tactic

that may be true, but can you offer some solutions on how we can overcome these problems?

IMO not a solution, since Dem judges are all about letting non-GOP, actual criminals go anyway.

I believe suspending HC for illegals only is the way to go. Congress should also dismantle the DC courts, but that’s not the solution for all the rogue judges.

The Dems will just take things to the civil courts to try and destroy MAGA financially.

He didn’t exactly mention it, but he alluded to it by referring to something “3 past presidents have done.”

It is "rein", NOT "reign" when used to describe limiting the behavior of someone or something. "Reign" refers to monarches or rulers of some sort.

He said it at yesterday's cabinet meeting in answer to a reporter's question I believe.
Said he didn't want to, but it is on the table.

I say go for it.

What are people's thoughts on DJT engaging in pardon-fare against these judges? If these judges are so corrupted, then it's fair to say that they no human being should be subjected to any kind of punishment from them. One way DJT can neuter these judges is by pardoning or commuting all people (or at least the non-violent crime ones) who have ever been sentenced by these judges like Boasberg.

Whom exactly are they targeting? As far as I can see the only person they are targeting is Trump himself. So, who will pardon Trump?

I think at this point in suspending Habeas corpus against illegals is the way to go to blunt the lawfare on deportation, where Article One, Section 9, clause 2, which demands that "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

I think that President Biden, or whomever was executing authority in that administration was guilty of violating his oath of protecting this nation & the Constitution by allowing unfettered immigration with no controls constituted an invasion that the people want President Trump to reverse and is one of the reasons why we the people elected him him to do.

Great idea! Scorn and ridicule is a language they understand, being all about “feelings” as they are.

Of course, a House committee could call these judges in for interrogation about political motivation and conflicts of interest.

I think you are missing the point—it’s not that these judges are targeting individuals (other than trunp and co.) But rather that these judges are so corrupted as human beings that they are unfit to determine the fate of another human being.

By Trump pardoning all/most people who have ever been sentenced by these black robed “judges” it’s a way of him hatcheting their ability to impose punishment on another human being.

If the judiciary wants to make itself a mockery, then DJT should help them along.

It’s also one power that the judges simply can’t imtervene in.

I’m just trying to put options on the table that can help solve this big problem.

” a House committee could call these judges”

We need more than Trey Gowdy options at this point.

I like this idea for deportation proceedings.
