Eggsactly. The real culprit of all so-called chronic diseases (diabete 2, obesity, hypertension...) is carbs.
The food industry and big pharma will never tell people that truth to keep them addicted to carbs.
First, it’s the saturated fat. Then it’s salt. Then it’s bad fat versus good fat. Then it’s lack of fibers or exercise. The lastest culprits are food dyes and ultra processed food. Each time, the hysteria get silly and sillier and people get fatter and sicker.

Yes, I just knew Cheetos were OK because anything that tastes that good has to be healthy. 😏

That’s my marker. Let’s see how long it take RFK to state such an obvious fact. I suspect he’s quite worried about the blowback, and I don’t blame him.
