Is this someone so unpopular? Dancing for the crowd and them loving it? I don't think so.

Don't believe those polls...

Depending on who is questioned, and who is doing the asking, one can find a poll saying almost anything, if you shop around for the ‘right’ participants.

Sort of like a lawyer for the defense will try to weed out potentially unsympathetic jurors before they ever get a chance to render judgement. Every good lawyer is expected to do it.
Purposeful profiling is an art.

The mission of Trump v2.0 is not to be loved or to have high polling averages. The mission is to use chaos and disruption of the status quo to shift the direction of the nation away from socialism.

It's not insurmountable. Unlike Biden's Afghanistan withdrawal. He never recovered.

If Republicans get reconciliation passed. Economy improves. Trade deals get done. Ukraine Russia ends, Trump has plenty of time to rebound.

Good point well made. He’s not facing an election so it’s all a bit pointless anyway

Even if he was in the doldrums so what.

Polls are a feature of the media. The newspapers and networks pay for the polls. They choose the questions. The only thing that polls reveal is whether the respondents have heard what the media are saying that week (or month, or quarter, depending on the topic).

They are not a measure of “popularity” or “liking” or “opinion on the issues”. They ae a measure of media impact.

DON’T BELIEVE THE POLLS”

President Hillary 2016, nope.
President Biden 2020, yes but in a stolen election, Trump won it.
President Trump 2024, yes and took every swing state
President Trump 2028, no is not going to happen and Trump just loves living in the democrats head for free. They man knows how to Troll the dems.

That’s exactly right, regardless of the accuracy of the polls, all that matters is Trump getting his agenda pushed thru, when Ronald Reagan was first elected the country went into a recession and didn’t come out of it until the midterms in 1982, by 1984 Reagan won 49 states and was overwhelmingly popular.

Trump has to do the right thing, if he does, the results will be positive for everyone and the polls like they have in past with respect to Trump will be completely wrong.

Kudos. And this is far better than a shooting civil war. Corrupt and corrupting elite -- to include the RINOs -- will be squealing like stuck pigs.

Oddly the polls that are conducted privately and not published are quite accurate. The politicians pay big bucks for this. Last election the public polls assured us that it would be close and Kamala had a slight edge. She lost her ass and knew it was coming due to private polling. We never saw those numbers but there were whispers that it was going to be ugly. It was.

Polls?

Like all the “polls” in 2016?

the same pollsters that showed Kamala winning are now the same ones showing Trump diving in the polls.

Nope, just the same skewed left polls as always

On Rasmussen, Trump is about the same as always around 50% +-2

Dick Morris said these are the exact same polls that showed Trump losing the election. Push polls or fake polls. They’re desperate.
