No idea if the girl was guilty or innocent....
But 11-12 year old girls can be scary and very feral. A few years ago, the house up on the hill behind and above my house in town was an “Air B&B” type place, rented out for a few days or weeks at a time.
There was a state youth girls soccer tournament held in my town and that house was rented to one of the teams. They started egging my house. and when they ran out of eggs, they started throwing rocks. Broke one of my windows. when I went out to tell them to stop, they chorused that if I called the cops, they would say that I was trying to peep at them and tried to rape them and they were just defending themselves.
And their supposedly adult woman chaperone / coach said she would back up their claims if the police came.
That was a very educational weekend for me.
I would have told them I have them on security cam.
