If it were my sister or loved one, I would be counting the days until this kid was released from prison. Then give him 30 days of freedom before exacting the justice he deserved.

As a side note, I'm at a dead end in trying to locate the 19 year old Hispanic kid who was high on drugs and alcohol, and ran thru an intersection, hitting my brother's car and killing him in Southern California back in 2001. The kid only got four years in prison.

His name was Cruz Alejandro Martinez.......

I have all the documents relevant to the case, accident report, court documents and coroners report. But no knowledge of his whereabouts over these years.

Could be dead. Or, could have assumed identity of some poor kid who died young, gotten birth certificate copy, used it to get a driver’s license, soc sec card copy and voila, ressurection.

Sorry for your loss. My guess is that the killer went back to Mexico, and came back across with a different name.
