They are working with industry to remove these dyes.

Nowhere does it say these dyes have been banned. They are being gradually removed but they are being done through a cooperative process. Again there has not been an outright official ban. This is poor journalism.

Not poor journalism, re- read the first sentence. RFK is working with the food industries giving them time to fix their poison problems.
