Philip Dick, the science fiction author, who wrote the book Minority Report in the 1950s was a little off, though. AI will be used to determine who is guilty of pre-crimes, instead of the precogs.

And the 'migrant' rape and grooming gangs. Even after extensive arrests and reports of rapes they are still not considered persons of interest when the next rapes are reported. I can't imagine if those gang members were deported - the shock they'd feel being sent somewhere they couldn't prey on young girls whenever they felt like it.
