The Gabonese soccer federation announced Wednesday that Aaron Boupendza, a striker for its men’s national team, has died after falling from the 11th floor of a building in China.
A federation statement, posted on social network X, didn’t say when the alleged incident took place or give any more details.

Very sad. It appears that he played for FC Cincinnati for 2 seasons.

Chinese sports are notoriously corrupt, and filled with criminal gangs.
Maybe he ran afoul of them.
We used to do it that way but got more sophisticated.The rest of thw world does it that way because it’s cheaper and requires fewer operatives.

I replied that I would just go to the outer areas, buy a pig and have a Texas BBQ for that neighborhood.
The Chinese of course well appreciate pork!
