YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A York County woman has been charged with ethnic intimidation and terroristic threats after police say she threatened to blow another woman's head off during an argument.
Springettsbury Township police say Terri Lyle called her neighbor racial slurs on multiple occasions.
On April 1, the neighbor told police that Lyle's dogs were barking at her, and it led to a heated argument where Lyle allegedly used racial slurs.
Another man who was with Lyle — Donald Moreland III — fired a handgun into the air to end the argument.
Lyle told the neighbor she would "blow her head off."
Moreland was arrested for firing the gun and charged with reckless endangerment.
Sad. I was always a fan of Mantan Moreland.
