Oh my goodness, another Bucha massacre! More disinfo. The Ukes are the ones who terroristically target civilians. This is another strike like the Uke hotels full of NATO officers that keep getting pulverized.

Ukrainian local officials ( mayor and MP) threatening to speak out at 6pm today if Ukrainian govt does not admit the details of this attack and issue an apology. Reports indicate an Army group was gathered for a ceremony in an area with many civilians. Some reports even suggest this was deliberate location to which civilians were herded, or at least known they would be gathered ( Palm Sunday church services). The SBU info of the army gathering was leaked and resulted in the Russian attack, with heavy civilian collaterals …heavily publicized as a deliberate Russian attack on civilians.

At best, poor OPSEC which has occurred in other similar gatherings

At worst, a deliberately planned provocation…right in the midst of ongoing negotiations in Oman
