Initially when I was watching Trump's executive order signings in the Oval Office on Wednesday April 9th, I didn't recognize the woman standing next to Kristi Noem, and I thought it was either Elise Stefanik or Gretchen Whitmer but neither of them are in Trump's cabinet so who is this?
