We've been seeing of lot of these articles regarding the decline of Biden, many of which have stated this was known a long time ago. That in of itself should be criminal.

I suspect the timing of these articles have a purpose. It allows them to make judgments on Trump's mental capabilities at any time. One misspoken word or one awkward physical movement, and the MSM will be calling for Trump's resignation due to "impaired" capabilities.
