The relevant analogy is the firing of federal workers.

No matter how the administration did it there were going to be legal challenges of all different kinds.

They could have spent months and months trying to do it “perfectly” or even “the best way”.

But—President Trump and his cabinet acted—and acted quickly.

There will probably be appeals clogging up administrative bodies and the courts for years.

The administration will win some (most imho) but they will lose some.

But—they took the initiative and acted quickly/decisively.

Delay is not our friend.

Oh wait—I forgot.

Bondi and Kash have not acted in this area.

"There will probably be appeals clogging up administrative bodies and the courts for years."

How will you be able to stand that?

the order of primary steps: DEFLECT, Defer, Delay, Deny are the steps... note that she started out with the ‘they did not give me what I asked for, or ordered... this is the deflect stage, where non compliance with the role requirements of the job she has assumed... are on clear display.

I do not trust Trumps cabinet members blindly.
The only ones I have trust for, writ large... are those who are literally ‘killers’.

Delay is not our friend... it is but one of their primary tools.
