It is not that zero women can do the job—but they should only be retained and/or promoted if they meet every single standard that men do—no compromises, no exceptions, no favoritism.
If the military is unable or unwilling to meet that standard then women in the military will/do cripple readiness and morale.
I still have a question about the bravery of women officers. I am no expert but I don’t think I have ever heard an anecdote of a woman officer following or leading men into the breach to perish with them as so many male officers have done. Or covering the body of a fallen fellow soldier to take the incoming rounds. That sort of thing. I just don’t see it. And, that is a key piece of military training that the man next to you will give his life for the mission and for your life.
