Good old David Hedison went from The Fly to Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea and then was Felix Leiter, the CIA agent pal of James Bond in several movies. And then was a popular TV soap star for many years. Died at age 92.
And don't forget his featured role as the Executive Officer of the destroyer commanded by Robert Mitchum in the 1957 movie "The Enemy Below" - extensive footage of which was later recycled for use in the episode "Killers of the Deep" of "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" - starring Hedison.
He was billed as Al Hedison in his early film work until 1959 when he was cast in the role of Victor Sebastian in the short-lived espionage television series Five Fingers. NBC insisted that he change his name, so he proposed his middle name, which was accepted; he was billed as David Hedison from then on.-Wikipedia
