I saw no place in the article that Russian or Chinese spokespeople were quoted as saying “No, we are not sending Chinese troops into the Ukraine war”.
Well.......they got photos of them now..... So it would look like a lie.
Don’t blame China for trying to downplay it’s involvement (don’t be shocked either). The could have stayed out and let Trump work on peace, but Vlad (who could have said no) the invader would rather have war.
