This Guy confidently regaled his skeptical neighbor about that likelihood in 2015, the very weekend after DJT and Melania came down the Trump Tower Escalator.

Didn’t see that neighbor again until December 2016, at which time he gladly conceded, congratulated, and credited with perspicacious prognostication.
