Arthur Balfour’s father, a Scot enriched by the East India Company, died early and Balfour was raised by his mother and her relatives. The mother’s brother was Robert Cecil, the third Lord Salisbury and like him, a British Prime Minister. Oh, scratch that, you don't got me. I was thinking, "Balfour doesn't really sound like a Jewish name," but I was just too lazy and over-it to fight with you. LOL!
