I don’t know if it’s so much race as it is black culture and single parent homes. The #1 reason I saw for criminal behavior in my 25 years in law enforcement was an inability to control impulsive behaviors. That goes for all races but it seems to be a signal failure of both modern black culture and single parenting. If they don’t learn impulse control as children they wont have that control as adults and they make mistakes which have long lasting consequences. On top of that you have elements in black culture that encourage anger and hatred towards the majority culture, whether real or perceived. It’s something black culture has to deal with, and others can’t do it for them.
