The Northeastern *LIBERAL* party has been pretending to be concerned about black people since the 1850s. They are not truly concerned with black people, they just want to use them to keep power in Washington DC, so they have to coddle this constituency, because they make the difference between the *LIBERAL* party (1860 Republicans and Modern Democrats) controlling the government or being out of power.
The *LIBERAL* party is always sucking money out of the government, and as long as they continue to control that government, the leadership of the *LIBERAL* party will always get rich.
So yes, issues involving blacks are how they stay in power, so you better believe they are going to protect that stream of money they get from coddling black people who misbehave.
