FALSE.

Bit is not a phrase. It is a common word and cannot be trademarked.

Trademark protection only extends to products that might reasonable be confusing to the public. No one is going to confuse a cereal with a cryptocurrency.

Also, a court recently ruled that Bit2Me does not infringe on the Bitzcoin trademark.
