That does not logically follow. Only officially released reports can be true? In numerous Texas cases the exact opposite is true. The Uvalde shooting is a classic example.

You idiot!
The chief is referring to fake autopsy reports allegedly released by the County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The autopsy reports from the ME have not been filed yet according to the Chief of Police and there likely will have to be a FOIA request and response prior to its release to the press or the public.
Referring to information in the fraudulent reports as false was a relatively narrow procalamation, he did not say everything online is false!
Please read and comprehend before offering your perspective.
