A fundraiser for the Texas teen accused of fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf and leaving him to die in his twin brother’s arms has raked in over $60,000 as of Sunday — as the teen maintains he acted in self-defense.
The GiveSendGo campaign was purportedly set up by the family of Karmelo Anthony, 17, who cops say confessed to the horrific stabbing at a track meet in Frisco, Texas, last Wednesday.
The page claimed that the “narrative being spread is false, unjust, and harmful.”
“As a family of faith, we are deeply grateful for all of your support during this trying period. Your prayers and assistance mean more to us now more than ever,” according to the fundraiser.
The company, which also hosted a fundraiser that brought in hundreds of thousands for Daniel Penny’s legal defense after he was charged in the NYC subway chokehold death, did not immediately respond to a request for comment to confirm the authenticity of the campaign.
The fundraiser had raked in over $60,000 in donations from 1,600 donors as of Sunday morning.

Now far-left side of America has hugged and welcomed the muzzie terrorists into our country and put them in charge of running our colleges and anniversaries. It’s all pretty sick.

No.
And the Lawyers haven’t gotten hold of it yet. They are just letting the media work their magic.
For the most part, They will wait until it gets to Court.
The colleges and their athletic booster clubs and the cash they control have yet to be figured in. He is no where near going to jail. He is pretty near to playing football for some college. According to which one promises him the most.
Lawsuit to collect every penny in that fund.
The murderer IS in jail, he probably won't graduate this year ( there's a month or less left in this school year in Texas! ), so your assumption is incorrect.
The family of the boy who was murdered should sue the organization collecting the money, because they are the aggreived party.
You cannot use a weapon in a physical altercation. All the blaqq kid had to do was move. He went there to cause a problem, why else carry a weapon? To me it seems to be an open and shut case of premeditated first degree murder. Hang him high.
UNSUBSCRIBE.... a blaqq kid with a 3.7 probably can’t speak English and read at more than a 1st grade level.
I carry my 4” folding knife at all times, it locks too. Fishing, hunting, camping, walking, biking or shopping. It is my disuader.
I’ve never went through TSA, because I will not comply so I will not fly. I have family that took the vaxx so they could continue on with their twice yearly cruises. I have a car, and it is good enough for me.
Even level headed blaqqs know the truth. Watch or listen to Tommy Sotomayor or Candace Owens. Fully formed minds and they can rightly divide normal from abnormal. The same with Justice Thomas, Tom Sowell, and Ben Carson. Of course with Candace Owens, she is not branded as anti-Semitic because she criticized Israel. THAT is the third rail for real.
It's through something called GiveSendGo:
How does one flag a GiveSendGo page?
I’m looking on his page on my iPhone and don’t see a “flag” option anywhere.
This enrages me that so many subhumans are donating to his defense.
That’s the retainer
I don’t do cruises. I fly if I have to. I don’t like it, but I do, sometimes. Maybe twice a year because I’m so far from family, and time off from work is a part of that equation. We drive if at all possible.
My family is scattered from coast to coast, and a few are in between. Only one son is within a day’s driving distance. The other two kids, grandkids, siblings, nieces, and nephews are all at least 2 driving days away (one direction). That takes away from visiting time.
Until hubby retires, we have to manage that travel as an expense.
I don’t like air travel, but I do my best to minimize it.
I disagree about the 1st degree murder charge. That will be almost impossible to prove. The kid did not go there with the intention of killing the victim. This should be 2nd degree murder or manslaughter. I think the punk will walk because they overcharged. Maybe deliberately, to let him off.
In Texas, capital murder is equivalent to murder 1 in many other states. Murder 1 in Texas is equivalent to murder 2 in other states, etc. The investigation is still in the early stages. There are eye witnesses and likely some cellphone videos of the murder. I would think there would also be some stadium security surveillance videos.
You charge on the weight of what the evidence tells you in the short period from the evil act to arraignment.
To date, the evidence is a spread between Murder 1 and Murder 2:Sudden Passion.
As a DA, you're obligated to take your best shot -- what if the DA had only filed for Murder 2:Sudden Passion and Manslaughter -- you'd be bitching about that!
