The father of a teen who was stabbed to death at a high school track meet has shared harrowing details of how his son looked right after he died.
Jeff Metcalf rushed over to the David Kuykendall Stadium in Frisco after his son Austin, 17, was stabbed in the heart by a student from a different school, Karmelo Anthony, 17.
He found his dying son in a gurney and saw a hole in his chest, with blood coating the teen's skin, the grieving father told The Dallas Morning News.
Jeff said he knew his son was not breathing at that point, and he kissed his cold forehead and ran his fingers through his hair.
Metcalf's twin brother Hunter was by his side and held him in his arms as he died.
'We were one person,” Hunter told local outlet. 'We did everything together, everything the same. We connected so well.'
An arrest report says a confrontation between the two star football players began when Metcalf told Anthony he was sitting under another team's pop-up tent and told him to move, as reported by NBC DFW.
'I'm not alleged. I did it,' Anthony, who is also a high school football star, reportedly told cops as he was taken into custody.
The two students from different high schools began fighting before Anthony unzipped his bag and reached in, telling Metcalf: 'Touch me and see what happens.'
The report says Metcalf then 'grabbed Anthony to tell him to move and Anthony pulled out ... a black knife and stabbed Austin once in the chest.'

Because 1) I actually KNOW people who live in Frisco 2) one such person ( an exFreeper and old friend ) KNOWS the parties concerned and I got info re this BEFORE the flurry of threads 3)I have read local, state,national, and INTERNATIONAL articles about this and somehow missed seeing what YOU and one other ( are YOU taking HIS word for it?) claim was said 4)and have seen interviews on line, from different people who were involved.
Unlike you and ALL other posters to this and other such threads about this, I KNOW WHERE THE MURDERER AND HIS FAMILY LIVE and I posted what that neighborhood is like, the day after it happened, to counter the wild assumptions that some IDIOTS here were claiming! And no, I didn't look it up; I was told this FACT by someone who KNOWS!

I live 100 or so miles away from Frisco. Fox4 is all over it like a cheap suit. Both kids were dumbasses and mom lit the fire. I don’t care who you know. It’s already been admitted. Kid gets 20 if that.
It’s a sad turn of events for sure. But mom had a hand in it.

Yes, sadly, the kid won't get the death penalty; he will get jail time though.
The admitted murderer deliberately sat in the wrong tent, brought a KNIFE with him to a track meet, and refused to leave the tent. He was the instigator! Yet YOU are also blaming everyone else and. calling EVERYONE names.
That's akin to blaming the people who drive a Tesla, that got keyed or worse, an "IDIOT" for driving that car.
When this case goes to trial, will go national, the top defense attorney, :
* 1. Inclement conditions.
* 2. Public, not private property,
* 3. Trespassing vs. Assault.
* 4. #2 above (public) constitutes technically, no trespassing.
* 5. Assault, may also constitute, a threat.
* 6. Active threat, assault, physical contact, constitutes battery. Time-No constraint (#10)
* 7. Active threat defense. Deny and Defend
* 8. Plea bargain, juvenile, manslaughter, not intended to kill. Deny and Defend.
* 9. Probation. Depending on adverse-advocate witnesses, jury make-up
* 10. We always first, contact law enforcement or authority preferably with witnesses, self phone-cameras. Campus security time permitting
The teams were ALL from local, public high schools.
Just rumors now, but many kids from his school are claiming that he was wont to pick fights at school AND his social media photos show him with a gun ( not out of the ordinary for Texas kids, but he IS flashing a gang sign in one of them ), so there's that.
The ONLY factual "news" that I am willing to talk about are 1) he took a knife to a track meet 2) he deliberately sat under a different school's team tent 3) he refused to leave 4)he does NOT live in a ghetto 5) he MURDERED someone he didn't know.
