I don’t know how much of this I’d buy. It comes from Climate.GOV. I’d want it to be fact checked by at least two disinterested non-governmental fact checkers.

So? I remember late freezes that killed the blossoms on orchard trees, oak trees and others causing mass starvation of wild life. I lost a garden to cold weather on May 19, back around 1980. This is not something new.
I also remember April 12, 1972 when the high temperature in Tulsa OK was 102 degrees. Some people had 106. Everyone was trying to get their air conditioners up and running! Still the highest temp for April back then.
