“COOLBAUGH TWP., Pa. - A Monroe County elected official has been cited, after authorities say the official blocked a woman’s vehicle, and yelled and cursed at her.

Cara Rogan, an openly transgender woman - charged as Joseph Rogan in court documents - is charged with harassment/acts to annoy and disorderly conduct hazardous/physically offensive condition, according to court paperwork.

Multiple people have called for Rogan’s resignation and immediate removal from office after the reported incident.”
