The world’s best cover band just released Reasons from Earth Wind and Fire.
I was first introduced to Leonid and Friends here on Free Republic. They are all from Russia and absolutely love America.
Enjoy.

Bump for later, thanks!
Beautiful! I love that song.
I am a huge fan-I hope to see them someday. That young woman who sings for them is very attractive and sings like a bird!
Their latest tour started last week. Check out their schedule. They do an eastern US tour. Western and central will be announced later.
We’ve seen them a few times. It’s better live.
They used to be great, with Serge and Sergei.
Have seen them live 3-4 times, lately, they are just OK.
If it wasn’t for Ksenia, they would just be another cover band now.
We are seeing them at a concert venue in April, and I expect that they are even better with beer.
I think their version of East River is brilliant, following the Brecker Brothers note for note. The Russian singer even imitates a southern accent perfectly.
We saw them Sat night in Clearwater. They were fantastic but the sound engineer could use a little help. He made no adjustments to amplify a soloist above the rest, including some vocals.
Thinking I will see them again in Buffalo later in the tour this Summer. Was absolutely worth it.
Take a look at Farms Zaritskaya
These guys are very good. Stumbled on to them around 4 years ago. Wish I had a chance to see them live.
I just discovered them earlier this year. I subscribed and listen to them regularly.
Russian AND Ukrainian musicians.
And they are awesome!
Yes...I will listen to her work...she seems quite easy on the eyes as well!
I meant Daria
Finally! I have been hoping they would do a cover of this for a long time. As usual, they knock it out of the park.
The woman singing the cover is too whiny.
No one can sing like Karen Carpenter.
Kseniya Buzina VS Karen Carpenter COMPARSION I Leonid & Friends

Karen Carpenter was indeed a once a millennial voice. Tori Holub is close.
Ksenia has far more range than Karen. Check out her Ain’t Nobody and I’ll Say a Little Prayer. That one is stunning. The band took unusual liberty with that one.
