Scammed JP Morgan and Chase??!! Normally the sophisticated investor defense arises. They are supposed to have both the capability to do the due diligence to validate the data, and the financial controls in place so that they don't get taken in paying out millions on a valueless misrepresentation.

So, yeah she is a crook, but sounds like two of our leading financial institutions are dupes.
