I don’t believe the NAD compounds you mention are available over the counter. They certainly are not the ones that are even mentioned in cosmetics, let alone pills, which are totally merit less.

Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) and liposomal nicotinamide riboside (NR), along with normal nicotinamide riboside, most definitely are available. I have bought them for several years, on and off.
