China is losing population rapidly so they'll consume less oil in the future.

There is nothing in NPR-A. ANWR has had little drilling to date and there are estimates of a few billion barrels. But those are weak estimates. It is Prudhoe-similar rock, but do not presume there are 100s of billions of barrels there. There just are not.

(The US burns 5 billion barrels/year in consumption.)
