I had two Moderna shots in 2020 and one Moderna booster in 2021. About a half year ago, my GP looked at my blood work, said "You are low on potassium," and put me on a potassium supplement.

Most hypokalemia isn’t hereditary—95%+ is environmental and diet related. Potassium eficiency (below 3.5) typically stems from not eating enough potassium-rich foods (bananas, spinach) and drinking too much beer. I remember my Dad had low potassium 50 years ago and was instructed to eat bananas. He also Dad drank a lot of beer.
Alcohol’s a double whammy. First, it’s a diuretic—makes you pee more, flushing potassium out. A 12-ounce beer has about 96 mg of potassium, but you lose more than that in urine—studies peg alcohol-driven potassium loss at 150-200 mg per liter of beer. Chug a six-pack, and you’re net negative, especially if you’re not eating potassium-rich snacks. Second, heavy drinking screws with magnesium (another diuretic effect), and low magnesium impairs potassium retention—kidneys dump both.
As for me? It's not alcohol. Could be not enough greens. Or the clot shot.
However, several issues with this analysis make the results and their interpretation unreliable.
First, the laboratory in question is owned by columnist Mike Adams, founder of the website Natural News, where the results of the analysis were published. This website previously published false claims about COVID-19 vaccines, including claims that the vaccines cause cancer and that they would lead to a “vaccine holocaust”. Media Bias/Fact Check describes Natural News as a Conspiracy-Pseudoscience source and “one of the most discredited sources on the internet”. In fact, several platforms, including Facebook, Google, and YouTube, removed the website for violating the platforms’ rules or for routinely publishing misinformation.
Vaccinated = Mad cow.
Early on in the covid scamdemic many reports were coming out about the origin of the so called pandemic as well as the trustworthiness of the so called vaccines. This created a hesitation in getting the vaxes. Then morticians started reporting clots in the deceased that got the shots.
That was it. I have stents. At that point I knew the shots would kill me outright. The wife and I have been vax free, not one of those killer shots ever.
We relied on Vitamin D and our natural immune systems. During the height of the pandemic I came within less than 6 feet of a person who had covid. Neither of us wore the masks. I never got covid. This furthered my belief the push to get the vax was but a wicked scam.
As a frequent spray painter I wore one of those blue covid masks that were mandated. When the paint job was done, I blew my nose and the color on the keenex was the same as the paint color. Paint particles can be seen hanging in the air, and they got through. A virus cannot be seen. This told me the masks were a joke and part of the scam.
The subject article proves scientifically as well as all of the vax related deaths proves this was one huge deep state scam. There are people out there that need some serious jail time over this.

excellent job.Once there is a huge imbalance between the red and white blood cells things get out of hand and the white take over causing the clots.Scary that companies have no problem selling stuff that can literally kill.
Question is who will stop it all.
And to make matters worse, the doctors are just throwing the white fibrous clots away instead of sending them to pathology for examination. Not only are they destroying the evidence, but the “biological waste” in this case may contain infectious prions!Also, think about the implications of this on “blood banks” and the blood supply. Is the America Red Cross aware that donated blood from Covid-vaccinated donors may contain prions? I doubt it.
The medical profession is promoting a plague.

in the morn i would put it under a portable uv disinfectant light
( in case it was infectious, wanted to kill any bugs before disposing it )
