Finland was leaving in peace with Russia FOR DECADES. Yes, and then Putin invaded Ukraine, violating countless number of treaties Russia signed with Ukraine, proving Putin could not be trusted. Actions have consequences.
Putin even broke the treaty he personally signed with Ukraine in 2003.
Putin in 2003 signed a treaty with Ukraine called the “Treaty Between the Russian Federation and Ukraine on the Russian–Ukrainian State Border”. It recognized Ukraine’s borders as they were in 1991 & was lodged with the UN.
