The name this thread is looking for is “Shayna Steinger” or “Shayna Steinger Singh”...the State Dept. official that approved the 911 hijackers’ VISA’s. I would need additional supporting links to indicate that State Dept. officials around the year 2000 consulted with the CIA (Brennan) before issuing VISA’s:
