Kim is happy—that’s what he wanted all along, a seat at the table in the Axis. Russia, Iran, China and now North Korea. This is a bone to North Korea. What does that mean for us? IF there is a war—we will have to fight North Korea. That will change the dynamics of any war plans. Yes, North Korea is a little nation but it has nukes and can hit South Korea and Japan. The Japanese are paranoid (for good reason) about nukes. We can’t count on their help if war comes.
I don’t think you guys understand what this is all about.
This is planted a Trump. Putin is making the case for willingness to be innovative in trying to stop The killing, and this most assuredly will strike a resonant chord in Trump.
Putin, and pretty much everyone else, knows the debt situation in the United States. And they know that Trump is focused on it with the one October date fast approaching and the inevitability of ongoing CR’s that absolutely will prevent any Trump agenda from asserting itself. The point being that Trump knows he must improve the finances, and every penny going to Ukraine does not do that.
That’s the Putin perspective, and that is in fact the path to shutting off any further non-humanitarian aid from Trump to Zelensky.
