Texas is the most business-friendly state in the Union. Easy incorporation, no annual registration fees, courts that uphold the corporate shield.

Until some future date when the Dems gain control of state government. At that point, the laws will change and the barbarians will run amuck. Just like California, Oregon, Washington, Massachussetts, Illinois, New York and other progressive controlled states.

Remember, it was Californians fleeing high taxes who moved to Oregon, Colorado and Washington. Once there, they shifted the balance of power, took over the governments and turned those states into California.

How many Californians are migrating to Texas each year?

Good point. But where DE had a huge advantage was a massive amount of decided case law that used to follow established rules and precedents without regard to trendy political agendas. As well as a dedicated court system and expert judiciary just for corporate litigation.

Alas, DE Chancery Court has fallen.
