[CV NEWS FEED // Baltimore prosecutors will retry Patrick Brice on a felony first-degree assault charge for violently attacking an elderly pro-life advocate outside a Planned Parenthood facility in 2023.

A jury convicted Brice Feb. 6 of two counts each of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment for the attack on then 84-year-old Dick Schafer and 73-year-old Mark Crosby]
