An alarming video has shown the moment bullies forced a five-year-old boy with special needs to vape in a school bathroom.
The horrifying clip made its way around Wisconsin Conservatory of Lifelong Learning School in Milwaukee, and has also been seen by the child's mother.
His mom, who chose to remain anonymous, has been looking for answers from the school on how this could have happened to her son.
'My daughter told me, and then my niece had said there's a video, and I was like "get the video",' the upset mother told TMJ4.
She has been trying to contact the Milwaukee public school, which serves grades K4 to 12, but has not gotten a straight answer from administrators on how this occurred.
'Why was my son in the bathroom unattended? He don't know better, and to add on top of that, he's special ed, on top of it, so he doesn't really know what's what,' the frustrated parent told the outlet.
'I feel like he should've had someone with him at all times.'
The clip showed her son, dressed in a bright yellow t-shirt with a dinosaur on it, holding a large bright blue vape in his hands as he stood in a bathroom stall.

Disabled children should not be in normal schools. It is an unnecessary drain on resources. As, from this story, they become easy victims.
That’s naughty, but believe you me, when I saw the incident took place inside of an elementary school bathroom, I expected a WHOLE LOT worse that Vaping.
Thank Goodness, my cynical nature was wrong about the mean things people are capable of, but this should be a warning to the school and that Mom of the open possibilities of all that could happen when your Kid enters public (?) school.

Either way 5 year olds should have never been out of sight of the teacher. In my day they would not have been.

"Wisconsin Conservatory of Lifelong Learning" -- for one thing, everyone has now learned a lesson that will last a lifetime, don't send kids to the WCLL.

When I was in grade school, the bathroom was a small wooden building about 150 feet away with a trough that sloped to the outside.
Running water and sinks had not yet been discovered in our part of the country.
Who read the headline and expected vaping to be the disgusting act?
How can teacher follow every student to the bathroom. Some classes may have 30 students to one teacher. Do they leave the other 29 unattended? And what if they are the opposite sex. That all makes zero sense.
When I was 5 my grandpa let me take a puff off his cigarette, much to the chagrin of my grandma. I wasn’t special needs until after watching the two of them argue about it.

She’s using public school for a daycare, when she should be providing for her child herself. Individual responsibility has totally escaped our once great country.

Public schools do not have a personal attendant for each and every student, to accompany them through their day.
“constant awareness of the where about” of a kid in the bathroom, is possible, without ‘I feel like he should’ve had someone with him at all times.’
If the parents are that concerned about their “special needs” child, they would have him in a “special needs” school, instead of a public indoctrination facility.
