But what I'm saying is the truth.
He went into some details that I don't feel like writing about.
I agree. I’m kind of wishing I didn’t post the story. It’s not that credible.
If it wasn't Oswald from the Book Depository, where did the bullets that struck JFK and John Connally come from?
There is no credible theory other than the shooter firing from an elevated position to the rear of the limo.
If the bullet was fired from the front at roughly ground level, why didn't the windshield shatter and why wasn't the trailing vehicle and police motorcycles just a few feet behind not also struck? Even if the shooter was directly ahead in an elevated position, where could he have fired from in order to hit both Connally and JFK without breaking the windshield, or putting a hole in the backseat/trunk, or hitting the trailing vehicle or motorcycles?
If the bullets were fired from the rear at near ground level, from where? A trailing vehicle with two police motorcycles to either side were just a few feet behind the presidential limo blocking line-of-sight from the rear.
Where could the shooter have been in order to hit Connally and JFK but no one else inside the limo? There were six people inside the limo. Only two were hit, JFK and Connally sitting directly ahead of him. Why didn't the windshield shatter? Why isn't bullet damage to the limo consistent with any of the frontal or side attack theories?
If the bullets were fired from the right side on the Grassy Knoll, why wasn't Jackie, Connelly's wife, or the driver also struck, or at least covered in splatter?
If the bullets were fired from the right side from the top of the Grassy Knoll, from where could the shooter have been to hit Connally and JFK but not hit anyone sitting on the left side, or strike the vehicle on the left side? Furthermore, if the shooter was from anywhere to the right or left, how can the back-chest gunshot wound to Connally sitting directly ahead of JFK be explained?
If the bullets were fired from the left, where would the shooter(s) have to be to avoid missing Jackie, Connally's wife and the driver?
If the bullets were fired from either side, why doesn't the Zapruder film show his head jerking violently sideways? Furthermore, if JFK was shot from the front, why does the Zapruder film show the pink mist ahead of JFK rather than behind?
If the shooter was anywhere other than in an elevated position to the rear, how can bullet damage to the limo be explained?
The best explanation is that the shooter fired from an elevated position to the rear of the presidential limo.
I have no opinion on where the bullets came from—I have no ballistics expertise.
What I do know is that the Warren Commission cannot be trusted.
Their failure to identify Oswald as a CIA agent undermines their entire narrative so I have no choice but to dismiss the entire report as untrustworthy.
No need to worry about that. There are all kinds of stories out there, somewhere one is close to the truth.
Jackie's pink hat and left sleeve of her matching pink jacket are directly behind JFK's head. Piece of skull shooting almost straight up from his forehead.
Explosive bullet fired through front windshield.
Bullet hole in front windshield observed by several people who were gathered outside the Parkland Hospital Emergency Room entrance, immediately after JFK was taken out of the limo and wheeled into ER #1.
It's been a while since I read it but I always sensed it wasn't completely forthcoming since at the height of the Cold War, for there to have been a strong possibility that a sitting president was assassinated on orders from Moscow, possibly via Havana would have been a casus belli.
See my post #43 a little farther down in this thread concerning the shooter's location.
See also my post #43 a little farther down concerning where JFK's assassin could have fired from.
You may or may not know this—but it was LBJ who told Chief Justice Warren that is was necessary to crush any claims of conspiracy for exactly the reason you stated.
Hint: LBJ was lying. He knew it had nothing to do with Communists or Russia or Cuba.
He was scamming Warren.
That’s the argument that LBJ used to induce Earl Warren to lead the investigative effort. He didn’t want to have anything to do with it, but LBJ gave him “the treatment,” for which he was so famous.
Lol—we were there within a few seconds of each other.
Noticed that!
Funny story—when I was in my teens (late 60s) I called into a talk show about this topic.
I was convinced of the LBJ phony baloney (Russians, Cuba, Commies) and told that to the radio show host.
He cleaned my clock in a hurry—and that taught me I had a lot of homework to do on this topic.
Now more than fifty books and fifty years later....
Lol.
So the talk show host was a Warren Report skeptic?
Wow. Didn’t know there was much skepticism around in the late 60s.
Zapruder film was first shown to the public February 14th, 1969, according to Google.
I know Mark Rudd was doing everything he could to undermine the Warren Report well before that time. I always wondered how successful he had been in his efforts.
That’s right. Bannister. What a freaky character.
Interesting movie, no matter how accurate it was or wasn’t.
Unfortunately, your image didn't show.

Explosive bullet fired from front would have exploded on contact with the windshield.
Here is a technology enhanced version of the Zapruder film.

The video shows that JFK was first struck in the upper spine/neck area which is why he exhibits a Thorburn’s Reflex (involuntarily grabbing the throat with both hands) moments before a follow-up shot strikes his head. The pink mist caused by the follow-up is ahead of JFK and the windshield of the limo remains intact.
There was a lot of “street talk” doubting the Warren Commission in the 1960s—coming mostly from the left at that time—and of course the Garrison investigation was also getting a lot of coverage.
Do you have a primary source for that? Where can I go to read that myself
It's on tape. LBJ had everything taped.
The tape system was there before Nixon took office.
