The Sudanese Army is the faction that wants to provide Russia with a Naval Base on the Red Sea.
The RSF (Rapid Support Forces) is a mercenary group (formerly called the Janjaweed militias, which committed widespread atrocities against non-muslims in the Darfur region of Sudan on behalf of the terrorist-supporting Government of Omar al-Bashir), which had also provided a bunch of troops for the UAE to use in Yemen as mercenaries.
