I see another limp-wristed Lieberaltarian trying to influence conservatives, which is nothing new.
I'm surprised RandFan has an opinion of his own on this, since they usually follow Rand Paul lockstep on this stuff. I haven't seen anything from Senator Paul so far. If we had to worry about taking out civilians to win wars against evil, this country never would have had any military victories.
