Trump is so close to settling Ukraine, reviving arms control and reduction and settling the ME. The Iranians want peace and economic stabilization. The Russians will do what they can, if asked, to bring the Iranians to the legitimate negotiating table.
It’s in Trump’s hands now. If he’s still listening to the neocons on Iran and its proxies, he will screw the pooch on most of his geopolitical plans for a lasting peace for America.
I thought that the Russians made some statement to the effect that Iran was not on the table.
