As we all age, we often lose that external attractiveness to some degree or another, and in the case of a woman like this, the external ugliness, like water finding its own level, becomes more in line with their internal ugliness, thereby reinforcing the negativity of that internal ugliness which is no longer hidden as effectively.
With Leftist guys, as they get older, they always tend to be these pudgy, white bearded guys who, if they had any inner beauty, would make people think of a Santa Claus figure and thus somewhat attractive and approachable, but they haven't any inner beauty, so they don't exude that at all.
I live I a blue state, so I see a lot of them both male and female. Physically unattractive on the outside, usually mirroring the inner unattractiveness that might otherwise compensate. When I pass cars like this, I cannot help myself having to turn my head to examine the driver:
