I was wondering about that. The murder weapon is also of interest. Two 19 year olds don’t take a gun or drugs to the airport, I don’t think. You could leave the gun behind, I suppose, but if trafficking narcotics through an airport, you better know what you’re doing. Or nothing at all. A drug buy gone wrong, preceding any of that? Maybe. But convincingly made to look like murder-suicide? Not buying it.

I live in Lawrenceville. I own property in rural N GA. I owned property in Rabun county which is right next to Towns county. I’m real familiar with the N GA mountains. I hate to say what I think happened.
Well, if it’s a murder suicide there has to be a car and gun nearby. A gun residue test wraps it up.
I think it is likely we wont know what happened. The FR half life is about 6 to 12 hours on these type of articles..
The story seems to be lacking a lot of detail right now. Whatever the cause, may the boys RIP and may the family get some answers.

Hiawassee along with some other places in Lumpkin county are historically known as “sundown” towns. As in don’t let the sun go down on your black a#$. Cumming used to be that way and Dahlonega.
Notice that the murder happened on March 8th and they are still lifelong around with an “investigation”. They haven’t even said what type of gun was used in the murder or the caliber of the weapon. But its a murder/suicide. Seriously?

That volunteer firefighter who took the pics of the bodies and shared them around should be suspect number 1.
