A fed judge can issue a separate ruling but only an appellate court can overturn a commie judge's ruling. I think Potus is correct in following the commie judges' rulings as it's going to have to be dealt with by the pimps in sKotus.

This is the same treason Trump dealt with in his first term. And he still doesn't have a solution other than to do the right things and have only a percentage succeed.
