The Houthis are shooting at whatever takes their fancy and for the reasons of, shall we say, “collective ownership”, not just of hulls or cargoes but of interest in marine insurance (yet another kettle of fish), there can be said to be a degree of US ownership, or financial interest, in just about any vessel in those waters.
