You are right, however the president is not one to write and propose the budget. That is congress job and Johnson’s first act was to join dems for a CR, twice and then AFTER Trump was elected, they CR again until now. Congress has had 2 years to write a budget and make the cuts yet the RETARDICANS say they can’t extend the TJCA without cuts to Medicare of all things. Been doing this same charade since 2010. There is zero chance the retards will cut anything next year being an election year. Trump is more powerful than ever and the retards folded again, Trump didn’t propose zero cuts and continued Biden spendingCongress did , so he endorsed it because even Trump is so scared of having his pants pulled down with a government t shutdown. Everyone is buying this Trump needs more time garbage as if he has t been president before, just like the first term he couldn’t make cuts until he saw how much it would cost to elimantd Obamacare.
