I was just there. I stayed at Best Western Don Meung. $55 per night, with a traditional Thai gourmet breakfast. Probably the best run BW I’ve ever stayed at.
The Indian air crew was staying at hotel.

They have the only surviving Curtiss Hawk 75 O in existence. BEAUTIFUL AIRCRAFT
I wonder if they have any surviving Nakajima Ki-27 (’Nate’) fighters that they used during WWII?
