This is probably a good thing for the GOP. Schumer, for all his many faults, actually did the right thing — albeit kicking and screaming.
The likes of AOC and Jefferies won’t. They will take the Dem party approval down into the 10-20s. Basically they will leave everyone behind but the hardest of their hardcore base.
It is kind of predictable. They can’t move away from their lunatic base so they have to continue embrace it ever tighter.
You must be looking at a picture of AOC and Schumer with Hackeem Jeffries and the entire Squad standing between them.
Why would we need a Muslim woman in charge of the Democrat party in the Senate? Let’s just stick with Americans, please. We can’t help what Brooklyn does, but we can help stop it from multiplying.

I’m (almost) embarrassed to say that I’m on their side. I was praying for a shutdown, clearing the way for cancelling Federal courts, and also clearing the way for DOGE to do their job more easily.
