Russia and Belarus can form a joint parliament if they are ready. This was stated by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, speaking at the plenary session of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
The idea of ββcreating a parliament of the union state was rejected in early 2023. Meanwhile, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Russia and Belarus has been operating since 1996, which includes 36 deputies from each country, the newspaper "Parliamentskaya Gazeta" reminds.

Looks like Belarus will become part of Russia. EUSSR hardest hit.
Lukashenko is going to accidentally fall out of a window soon and Putin will replace him with Yanukovich.
It’s all been worked out.
Russia gets Ukraine and Belarus and the Baltics (after the EU collapses)
We get Greenland.
Lukashenko installed himself as dictator of Belarus. Now he is poised to join Putin’s dream of recreating the Soviet Union by forcing Belarus into a union with Russia, and occupied Ukrainian territories. Certainly, a majority of Belarussians oppose this, but no one really cares about their opinion. A Russian defeat in Ukraine means other consequences, such as the removal of Russian troops from Belarus and likely the end of the Lukashenko regime there. Make no mistake that Ukraine is fighting for freedom in Belarus, and many Belarussians are fighting in the Ukrainian army. Europe understands this. Trump, thus far, appears not to accept this.
Lukashenko has been a Putin puppet for years. This is a joke.
Yes, he is a 30 year dictator.
The Little Green Goblin may fall outta his High Chair and the Ukrainians can then replace him.ππΊπ»π
It will be on he people of Belorussia to stop this from happening and disappearing from the map.
