This is a replay of his first term except dems can’t keep him tied up in court on lies so they are going about it a different way.

Proposed letter to the judge from a citizen/taxpayer who the judge attempts to affect:

“Dearest PRESIDENT Alsup:

“Despite me living in what is flyover country to you, even in a different federal district over which you have no authority, please mandate that I be immediately hired with back pay from July, 1981 by the Department of Energy. I applied for a job and was never informed of the reason why I was not retained. That was wrong.

“Ordinarily I would not trouble you with such a trivial matter, but since you have unilaterally assumed all executive powers of hiring and firing for the Department, you are the person responsible. If not rehired by your order within one week, I will file a lawsuit in the Western District of Oklahoma against you (as the official in charge) and the Department of Energy. But, I suppose you can pay me my fulll salary since July 1981 if you would like to concede and settle.

“Yes, I know that the decision in 1981 predates your appointment to the bench, that is something that you are still responsible for handling.

“A disgruntled worker”

THIOUGHTS? Maybe a flood of aggrieved potential workers calling on PRESIDENT Alsup to be the executive will get him to resign as anything other than a judge?
